E-REDES, as the distribution system operator in mainland Portugal, makes available the Balcão Digital Web and Mobile app for all the consumers and citizens in Portugal. This application makes available the historical validated metering information from all the connection points of the responsibility of the user. This app allows customers to make requests and monitor the status of their interactions with the company, including the sending of readings for customers without smart meters, consulting the historical metering information, reporting anomalies in the network, amongst others.
