Hatley Labs is an independent hardware testing laboratory based in Cambridgeshire, providing structured, objective testing for electronic, electrical, and battery-powered hardware.

Our capabilities include X-ray inspection of PCB assemblies, BGA joints, and components, PCB and PCBA workmanship inspection, battery performance characterisation covering capacity, runtime, and thermal response, thermal analysis and hotspot mapping under operating load, power and efficiency profiling, and electronic component analysis including authenticity verification and counterfeit detection.

All standardised tests can be ordered online with transparent pricing and a typical turnaround of 3 to 5 working days from receipt of hardware. Fast Track testing is available for time-critical requirements, and bespoke test programmes can be developed for non-standard applications.
