Intracom was founded in 1977 by its President, Mr. Sokratis Kokkalis, and quickly developed into a leading group in Greece, with a strategic position in high-growth sectors, a strong international presence and export activity.

In December 2005, the parent company was transformed into a holding company under the name Intracom Holdings, having under its umbrella leading multinational companies specializing in the fields of high-tech IT services and solutions, complex construction projects and advanced defense electronic systems.

INTRACOM, following recent disinvestments, is gradually evolving into an investment company aiming to achieve high returns, offering greater value to its shareholders over time.
