The organisation is a NGO acting in the form of foundation. It was developed in cooperation with the Institute of the Fluid-Flow Machinery of the Polish Academy of Sciences and KEZO Research Centre of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

The main role is to support and develop cooperation among Science – Industry – Public Administration towards development of common projects, more intensive market introduction of new technologies and scientific ideas.
