TeknoCEA is a spin-off company of the CITCEA-UPC, a center for technological innovation within the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), founded in 2012 to exploit the technologies developed in previous research activities. TeknoCEA is an expert in Silicon Carbide based power converters, achieving higher efficiencies and power density in its products.
