On February 27th 2019 Termotecnica Industriale has acquired the STF business unit active in the engineering, supply and maintenance of industrial boilers and heat recovery steam generators. This business unit has been incorporated as a division of Termotecnica Industriale based in Magenta (20 km from Milan) in the former offices and workshop of STF. With this acquisition, Temotecnica Industriale inherits the know-how and the expertise in designing, manufacturing and installation of steam generators developed by STF in over 50 years of its history. The boilers designed and supplied from the Magenta division are supplied with the brand STF BOILERS & HRSG. On December 29 th 2019 TERMOTECNICA INDUSTRIALE S.r.l. acquired the technology and of the brand of PENSOTTI FLC S.p.A. of Legnano, a leading company in the supply of small to large boilers.
