Three o'clock (3OC) is a French agency for social impact founded in 2020. The 3OC’s mission is to create innovative solutions that effectively address real societal needs through the application of participatory design. The agency has worked in 15+ projects and has developed a powerful and well-established approach, combining in-depth user research with active stakeholder engagement. This process helps to gain deep insights into people's behaviours and needs, empowering all relevant and involved stakeholders to co-design and co-create innovative solutions alongside researchers and entrepreneurs.
