From July 1, 2023, Nieuw Dak will be part of one large housing company for the province of Limburg with the name; Wonen in Limburg, abbreviated WiL. WiL is the collection of 19 organizations active in the field of social housing with almost 100 years of experience in construction, renovation and rental of social housing. WiL manages a very large portfolio of nearly 24.000 rental houses in the province Limburg of Belgium.
