You are the next generation - join us in Vienna!

Attending Enlit Europe as a Future Energy Workforce participant gives you a fantastic opportunity to join 400 other energy students and young professionals at Europe’s leading energy transition event.

You can attend our Summit programme, where you will hear top-of-mind insights from our industry leaders, as well as our Hub Sessions programme, highlighting the latest technology advances, innovative projects and case studies that shift the dial on the energy transition.

2026 Edition

Criteria to qualify as a Future Energy Workforce registrant

To qualify for our Future Energy Workforce programme, you need to meet one of the following criteria:

  • Students with a valid student ID (under 30), enrolled in a degree programme in the energy field or a related one.
  • Recent Graduate Students (from 2022 onwards) who have completed a degree in the energy field or a related one and are interested in pursuing a career in the energy sector.
  • Young Professionals at the start of their careers (under 30) working in the energy sector or a related one, with less than 5 years of work experience - limited to 3 persons per company.

YOU WILL BE BUSY AT ENLIT EUROPE

Future Energy Workforce participants are FREE to:

  • Attend Summit sessions and networking receptions  
  • Explore the latest technologies and solutions on the Exhibition Floor
  • Enjoy the Hub Sessions on a variety of topics in the digitalisation, grids, flexibility, low-carbon generation, industrial decarbonisation, zero-emission mobility spaces 
  • Meet and learn from project teams on the EU Projects Zone
  • Be inspired by start-ups and scale-ups in the Innovators Zone and our Pitch Competition
  • Connect with prospective employers during networking sessions
