PANEL: Is Demand-side Flexibility Inclusive or too Exclusive?

A more flexible system is needed to drive the energy transition forward. Yet, have we created the situation where only a small section of consumers, particularly in the residential sector, can participate in providing flexibility services? How do we open up this opportunity to those who cannot afford to buy solar PV, heat pumps, BESS or EVs, for example? And how do we do this? An expert panel addresses these questions.
