Kraken x Energy Act For Ukraine Fundraiser Gala Dinner
An important gala fundraiser in support of the Energy Act for Ukraine Foundation will take place during Enlit Europe in Milan, on Tuesday 22nd October, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel – Linate, conceived and brought to you by Kraken, Enlit Europe’s Energy Transition Partner.
The Energy Act for Ukraine Foundation provides schools and hospitals impacted by Russian attacks with solar energy solutions through its 100SolarSchools and 50SolarHospitals campaigns.

Tickets are priced at EUR 250 per person and whole tables of 10 can be purchased. EUR 2,500 will go a long way in supporting Ukraine’s immediate needs, especially with winter approaching, while helping to build a future where energy security and sustainability go hand in hand.

Yuliana Onishchuk, Founder & CEO, Energy Act for Ukraine FoundationHaving found the Energy Act for Ukraine Foundation in 2022, she implements the projects with the team installing hybrid solar power plants in schools and hospitals, ensuring the operation of critical infrastructure even during blackouts. She attracts investments for the development of green energy in Ukraine, participates in the implementation of energy reforms in Ukraine, makes green energy understandable, accessible, and in demand. Expert in energy, an activist for the renewable energy deployment in Ukraine with the professional working experience in Energy Community and DTEK. Yuliana is an activist lobbying for the idea of green energy in Ukraine.
Dr. Kevin Fong OBE, Astrophysicist & Emergency Medicine DoctorKevin is both astrophysicist, medical specialist and a natural storyteller. After working with NASA he specialised in lessons from the effects of extremes on human physiology. He is also part of hospital Emergency Response and Major Incident Planning, an air ambulance Emergency Doctor, and worked as a National Clinical Advisor to NHS England during the Covid-19 pandemic. All of this provides a unique insight into how we all cope with risk, planning and making decisions under pressure, as well as teamwork. He’s the author of Extremes – probing the limits of the human body, and hosted 13 Minutes to the Moon, the acclaimed, international hit podcast about the 1969 Apollo 11 mission.
