Maria Kosarli

Maria Kosarli currently works as an R&D Project Manager at Global Consulting Sustainability AS Company. She is also a guest researcher in the Dept. of Manufacturing and Civil Engineering of NTNU-Norwegian University of Science and Technology. She has a Ph.D. from the Dept. Of Materials Science & Engineering of the University of Ioannina, Greece. She holds a Diploma in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Ioannina and a M.Sc. in Structural & Composite Materials from the department of Material Science and Engineering. Her main research interest involves self-healing material properties, applications, and production techniques. Also, other research activities include: mechanical tests (tensile, fatigue, impact, toughness, etc.), non-destructive evaluation, and characterization techniques (acoustic emission, SEM, Raman, etc.).
