I'm Mikael Modig, working as the CEO of Synenergi Solutions. We're at the forefront of developing innovative energy solutions for buildings, aiming to redefine the industry standard for energy efficiency. Interestingly, we're achieving the 2050 goal of Zero-energy buildings already today in 2023. A prime example of our work is our project with HallBygg Skåne in Skurup, where we utilized a 21 000 m2 concrete area as a thermal plate, leading to significant energy savings and a drastic reduction in CO2 emissions. Our approach results in an 80% reduction in energy consumption and over 90% in CO2 emissions compared to conventional methods. This translates into saving over 750,000 kWh of energy annually and a return on investment within three years. We've also upgraded existing buildings.
