Sara Deschamps

I love connecting people, and in my role as Network Engagement and Community Manager with IMI Hydronic Engineering, I act as a bridge between our internal community and external ecosystem, giving IMI’s community members a chance to learn from and work with bright sparks in emerging markets within sustainability. I believe we need to act now (read: yesterday) to achieve our sustainability goals, and I’m fascinated by new ways of working to bring accessibility, agility, speed and efficiency to innovation. Our current initiative at IMI Hydronic, Team #GreenVolt, focuses on just this - co-creating electrified solutions with start-ups and scale-ups in fast-paced sprints to achieve carbon neutral goals.
