Alessio is a dedicated professional in the Energy Industry which combines extreme passion for innovation and technology with his experience of the Nuclear Sector. Currently serving as Founder & CEO of CAELUS, he specializes in the application of AI/ML, NLP, GenAI, HPC/QC, Digital Twins and other Technologies of Industry 4.0/5.0 for Automation, Operational Excellence and Design Optimization in the Nuclear and Energy fields. With the aim to build the reference solution for the Engineering of Complex Systems in Highly Regulated Environments, his full dedication nowadays is the deployment of the CAELUS Ecosystem, an AI-powered, unified software suite for the Licensing & Design of new Nuclear Installations, able to follow them in all the different phases of the lifecycle and ensuring important reduction of both time and cost for SMRs/AMRs/MMRs and Full Scale NPP Reactors deployment. With a proven track record of leading successful projects in the Automotive Industry, mainly in the field of Autonomous Systems, Simulations, Controls and Systems Engineering, he is an active member of both the Italian Nuclear Association and the Italian Association of Systems Engineering. Moreover, he volunteers in many other tech and divulgative associations in Italy and abroad. From the Network, he seeks the possibility to take connection and help or even create further business opportunities in Highly Regulated Industries.
