I am a graduate Electrical Engineer, Masters in Business Law (International Energy Law) (MBL), International Energy Studies(Competition, Regulations, Markets and Policies) from Technical University of Berlin- Germany and qualified MBA in Marketing. I have experience of working in Power and Water utility companies as in Saudi Electricity Company, In Electricity and Water utilities companies in Pakistan and in the Middle Eastern countries for more than 20 years. Worked as a Joint Director in Pakistan Standards Quality Control Authority (System Certification Centre UNIDO Project of PSQCA. Worked as a Project Engineer in Energy Power and water utility companies, have worked in power plants and power Gird stations. Also, on Marine/Sea Port projects and oil piers construction. Duqm Port, Karachi Port and Saudi Electricity Company, Nama Dhofar Region. Worked on the reputable Asian Development Bank and World Bank Assisted projects. My Masters on energy laws encompasses the Energy Transition, E-mobility, Transition to Hydrogen (P2 Gas), transmission and distribution and also contract & regulations on energy trading. The modern energy markets trend covers the green energy trading, the laws on Renewable Energy sources, green energy fuels as Hydrogen, biofuels Production, Storage and Transportation and other sources of Energy generation emphasizing on International Vision of Zero Carbon emission, Climate and updated Regulations, International Commissions’ Directives, ACER and laws and directives of National Regulatory Authorities related to energy trade, storage and transmission/distribution of energy resources & cross- border trading. I am a member of IUCN-CEESP and was selected as a Proposal Reviewer on sustainability for IUCN-Congress 2020, and I have reviewed recently the maximum number of proposals assigned to me by the IUCN-Congress held in Marseilles-France in Sept. 2021. For this review I have been awarded a certificate from IUCN-HQ- Switzerland, the copy of that could be provided. I am a Judge for the Gulf Sustainability Awards 2023 and also for 2024, held in Dubai-UAE and also a Judge for the International Sustainability Awards 2025. (The links are given below). I have the experience of technical proposal review, bid evaluation, preparing proposals, contract laws, technical specifications, comparative analysis of bidding proposals. Contract clauses and Bill of Quantities. I am Lead Auditor in Environment Management System EMS ISO 14001, QMS ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001. I am a member of the World Bio-Energy Association, a member of ICOH, and a professional member of Engineering councils.
