Penny joined Investec in May 2023 from Goldman Sachs where she was a member of Goldman’s mid-market M&A team Prior to Goldman, Penny worked at Robert W. Baird and Global Leisure Partner where she focused on European mid-market buy side and sell side transactions in Industrials, Consumer and Leisure sectors Before transitioning to Investment Banking, Penny worked at Fosun International, based in Shanghai, China, as a Senior Investment Manager in Fosun’s China Momentum Fund, overseeing Fosun’s investment in Europe and Southeast Asia Penny has an MBA from Said Business School, Oxford University, a M.A. in Economics from Pennsylvania State University and a (First Class with Honours) BSc. in Economics from University of Birmingham
