Rüdiger is an experienced Industry Strategist with more than 25 years of industry experience. As part of Microsoft’s Global Energy and Sustainability Industry practice, he empowers organizations to become resilient and sustainable on their Energy Transition Journey. During his professional career, he held various management roles in Business Development, Marketing & Sales and Enterprise Architecture & Strategy. With clients such as E.ON, RWE, Bayer, BASF or Lanxess he focused on creating multidisciplinary and sustainable digital transformation outcomes. Rüdiger studied General Management (Executive MBA) at Danube University Krems. He also received a certification in management from the University of Hagen, in information technology from the AFW Business Academy Bad Harzburg.
