Milena Roveda is CEO of Gauss Fusion, a leading commercial fusion venture advancing fusion technology toward practical, scalable energy solutions. Alongside this role, she has also served as Chair of the European Fusion Association (EFA) since October 2024, leading the Brussels-based alliance of European companies to accelerate fusion energy's transition from the lab to the grid. With over 30 years' experience, including across various C-suite roles, Milena brings expertise in finance and strategic alignment from Bayer, Thyssenkrupp, and major investment firms.
