Elad Shaviv

Elad Shaviv advises utilities, governments, and industry leaders on complex, system-level energy transition, and utility transformation challenges. He held senior leadership roles at the Israeli national power utility (IEC) and Cisco Europe, and led international strategic initiatives with organizations including Siemens, the New York Power Authority (NYPA), and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL). With over 20 years of executive experience across energy and digital infrastructure, he focuses on navigating regulated environments and translating structural shifts in power systems into actionable strategies. His work spans utility transformation, distributed energy market design, and cross-sector integration, including resilience and cybersecurity in increasingly digitalized grids. Elad is actively engaged in European energy transition initiatives, including contributions to workstreams associated with the European Commission and the Enlit Europe Impact Circle.
