EPC RECAST is setting up a well-structured process and toolbox supporting the development, implementation and validation of a new generation of Energy Performance Assessment and Certification, with a deliberate focus on existing residential buildings, to support the transition to smart buildings and take on a more friendly design-process for owners and occupants.Looking for sharing information on the project with utilities, investors and industry partners on how the improved reliability and user-centric approach of Energy Performance Certification can support the transition to smart buildings and strongly enrich the available data on Europe's residential building stock.Duration: 01 September 2020 - 31 December 2023
