The Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IPC), a leading research institution in Poland, offers a unique postdoctoral programme. The EU-funded PD2PI project will help prepare scientists to become future leaders or managers who will combine their academic career experience with business, transferring their research developments to the market. They will attend an excellent intersectoral, international and interdisciplinary research training programme in the field of chemistry related to medicine, biology and physics. Each fellow will be able to choose interdisciplinary research from the IPC offer and submit his project for international cooperation. Coupled with learning transferable skills in economy and research, they will enjoy international mentoring and full support.
