About: The RESPECT project aims to transform the batteries’ recycling process and open new sustainable and circular markets in Europe along the Li-ion batteries value chain, thus reinforcing the security of supply and its strategic autonomy.The RESPECT project’s vision is to pave the way for increased global competitiveness, strategic autonomy, and circularity of the European battery ecosystem by developing innovative green recycling and materials recovery processes, thus supporting the growing Li-ion battery manufacturing in Europe.
