Smart4RES

Smart4RES aims to develop a new generation of forecasting models for the production of renewable energy, to facilitate their large-scale integration into power systems and electricity markets. This is thought in a context of steady increase in the amount of data collected and computational capabilities, and is combined with recent advances in weather forecasting and data science.

Looking for knowledge exchange with related R&I projects, the ICT community, large industrials and international organizations. Sharing information about the project with the whole community of the power system, policy-makers, marketers and target groups (power plant operators and market traders, forecasting services providers, data owner, DSO/TSO, energy and RES traders)
