Energy Efficiency Center – EnEffect Foundation is a non-profit NGO. Its highly skilled professionals are experienced in the development and application of energy efficiency solutions in buildings throughout Bulgaria and abroad. The organisation’s main activities include: assistance to central and local authorities, fundraising, management of the Bulgarian EE & RES Fund, capacity building, networking on the national and regional level and training on the topic of green building.
