Accommodation
As an Enlit Europe attendee, you can book your hotel rooms at exclusive discounts (you can save up to 30% and sometimes even more!) via the official accommodation partner EventBeds™ by NuBreed Hotels.
The sooner you book your rooms, the better: the best promotions at carefully selected hotels are available early on.

Registration
All exhibitors need to register for the event via the Registration hub, which will be accessible via the Exhibitor Portal (available later).
You will be able to register for your badge and to share a registration link with your team, so they can register.
We can help you with your VISA application by issuing an Invitation Letter: on the registration form, you will be able to select that you need a VISA invitation letter and fill out your details, to receive this invitation letter.
You will also have access to invitation links, which you will be able to share with your network, prospects and clients, so they can meet you in Vienna.

Collect your leads on-site
You will have many opportunities to collect leads at Enlit Europe 2026! Read on and start preparing!
- Exhibitor List
You will be able to edit your company profile to show on the Enlit Europe 2026 Exhibitor List, via the Exhibitor Portal (including your logo, company description, press releases or social media channels, and more).
Website visitors will be able to send you messages via the Exhibitor List if they're interested in your products or services.
- Invites
You and your team can share an invitation link with your network, prospects and clients, asking them to join you in Vienna.
They will be able to register for a free Expo Pass or a Summit pass with a 25% discount, and you will be able to track who has registered via your Invitation link, checking out their e-mail addresses in the Registration Hub.
- SmartScan (leads scanner)
The SmartScan lead capture app will enable you to scan visitor badges using the camera on your mobile devices, on-site in Vienna.
You will also be able to set up a questionnaire to ask visitors at your stand and you will be able to analyse and download all the information and leads collected post-event.
- Event App
The Enlit Europe 2026 AI-powered app will offer you and your company the best matchmaking options to increase engagement and find the business partners you need to meet in Vienna.
On top of all the available features within the app, Exhibitors, Sponsors and Partners have extra functionalities that will increase your ROI. What you will be able to do in the event app:
- receive messages and meeting requests from Attendees, sent to your Company;
- find the Attendees you are interested in via AI-powered recommendations and send them a meeting request or message asking them to visit your stand or talk business;
- fine-tune your personal and company profiles to increase the chances of Attendees finding you or being recommended to Attendees;

Early Build-Up
Early Build-up is available upon request on Friday, 6 November, from 12h00 (noon) until 23h00.
Please note:
- Only stands with a surface over 36 sqm can apply for Early Build-up and first come first served applies, as a maximum number of trailers is allowed;
- Due to the venue schedule, it is not possible to change the date and times.
- Early Build-up registration is mandatory, and it will be available on the Exhibitor Portal.

Please note:
- Build-up and Breakdown registration is mandatory.
- All aisles have to be free of any obstructions on Monday, 9 November, as of 16h00.
- After 8h00 on Tuesday, 10 November, no more work is to be carried out on your stand. Inspections will make sure all is clear and ready for the official opening at 9h00.
- Make sure to collect your personal items from stands and meeting rooms no later than Thursday, 12 November, 17h00, when the Breakdown starts.
- During breakdown, trucks are allowed on the premises and to enter the venue only from 18h30 onwards on Thursday, 12 November.
