Exciting changes are coming to Power Engineering International
Power Engineering International and its sister title Smart Energy International are merging into one bigger, broader, better brand: Enlit World.

The pace of change in the energy sector is accelerating like never before, and this means all players must evolve to stay relevant and play an active role.
This is also true for Power Engineering International, which is why I want to introduce an exciting change coming this October.
For more than 25 years, Power Engineering International has been at the forefront of covering innovations in the generation sector. However, in the past decade, the lines have blurred between that sector and others in the energy arena.
Today, we all know that niche, siloed thinking will not deliver the energy transition. Instead, an inclusive, holistic and systemic approach is needed – and this applies to our coverage.
That’s why Power Engineering International and its sister title Smart Energy International are merging into one bigger, broader, better brand: Enlit World.
Enlit World is the inclusive guide to the energy transition and will deliver daily 360-degree coverage of the energy sector, from generation to grid, from industry to home. We will do this via exclusive, in-depth articles, podcasts and videos. Other features of the Enlit World community platform include directories for members, companies and EU Projects.
However, some vital things will not change. Namely, the editorial independence and integrity you have come to know and trust.
Also, the team delivering that editorial excellence remains in place. Led by me, they will continue to provide the insights you rely on to navigate the journey to net zero.
I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your support to Power Engineering International and invite you to interact with – and contribute to – Enlit World.
Energy is evolving: so are we. Join us on the journey.
