ELEXIA

The EU-funded ELEXIA project aims to develop new tools for planning and managing integrated energy systems. The project will design a digital services platform hosting energy management and planning services.

A system planning toolbox will support effective sector coupling at local sites considering different scenarios, operational details, possible conflicting interests of local actors and security of supply. Furthermore, an energy management tool should allow flexible, cost-optimised and resilient operation of the integrated system. ELEXIA plans to integrate the proposed planning and operational tools in a one-stop-shop, modular and open digital platform.
