New boss joins from Ethos Energy to replace Giuseppe Marino
Gas turbine manufacturer Ansaldo Energia has appointed Fabrizio Fabbri as its new chief executive.
He will replace Giuseppe Marino, who had been chief executive of the Italian company since October 2019 and has taken the job of CEO at Hitachi Rail.

Fabbri will join Ansaldo from Ethos Energy, where he is executive vice-president for the eastern hempisphere.
Previousy he held positions with GE and Alstom Power.
Last month, Ansaldo signed a €160 million deal with Azerbaijan’s largest electricity company to deliver four gas turbines for a new combined-cycle power plant.
