Jan Lüder appointed as new chief of Voith Hydro
The appointment will be effective from 1 April 2025, at which point Lüder will take the reigns from Dr Tobias Keitel, who will continue his career outside Voith.

Technology company Voith Group has announced that Jan Lüder has been appointed president and CEO of Voith Hydro and member of the Corporate Board of Management of the Voith Group.
The appointment will be effective from 1 April 2025, at which point Lüder will take the reigns from Dr Tobias Keitel, who will continue his career outside Voith.
Lüder was most recently division president flow and member of the Executive Committee of Sulzer AG in Switzerland. Between 2015 and 2022, Lüder held management positions at thyssenkrupp, including CEO of the Mining Technologies division and previously CEO Industrial Solutions Asia Pacific and CEO Asia Pacific, based in Singapore.
From 1995 to 2015, he worked for Siemens AG for almost 20 years in the Metals Technologies, Industrial Solutions and Power Generation divisions with international management functions in Asia (China, Malaysia) and Europe (Germany, Finland, Austria). He holds a degree in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Berlin.
