As part of the Initiate Talks Series, Youth Talks is a fantastic opportunity to hear the voices of young professionals from across Europe, who are aspiring to be our future energy leaders. In the eighth and final Youth Talk, Csinszka Flora Bene, an energy policy consultant and manager of the young professional network, European Energy Transition: East Meets West, chats with Denisa Kasa, who is an Investment Advisor at Energy Investment Management.

Originally from Albania and now based in The Netherlands, Denisa outlines the market research she’s currently conducting on the business and investment opportunities that the energy transition offers Central and Eastern European countries, and shares some preliminary findings.

Denisa Kasa is an Investment Advisor at Energy Investment Management, working on several projects that concern the generation of renewable electricity and production of green gas in the Netherlands.She manages the programme ‘Energy Transition Entrepreneurial Opportunities for Eastern Europe and Balkans’ and participates in the European Energy Transition Network – East meets West.

Currently, in cooperation with Enlit, she is conducting research into the entrepreneurial and investment opportunities that the energy transition fosters in Eastern European and Balkan countries.

Her research will provide valuable insights for regional and foreign companies and investors in search of energy transitions opportunities to diversify their portfolios through low-carbon options.

Note: The interview with Denisa was conducted prior to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
