New Project: SmartSPIN

This project promotes an innovative new business model in order to unleash the energy efficiency and the flexibility potential in the commercial buildings. 

It integrates energy smart services with other non-energy services along with advanced technologies. The aim is to improve the energy efficiency and flexibility in commercial rented sector by addressing split incentive issues. For a three-years-period, the project will demonstrate, test, validate and implement the smart energy solutions in three European pilot sites situated in Spain, Greece and Ireland.
