New image, new journey: Cubic officially launches new brand identity

The evolution of the brand logo reflects Cubic’s commitment to preserving and enriching its brand identity while upgrading its look & feel.

On September 2nd, 2024, Cubic Sensor and Instrument Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Cubic") announced the renewal and upgrade of its brand logo. Starting from now on, Cubic will officially adopt its new brand logo.

The evolution of the brand logo reflects Cubic’s commitment to preserving and enriching its brand identity while implementing comprehensive upgrades to its typography, colour scheme, and more:

  • Cubical Graphic Design: The cube icon now features a rounded design, simplifying the original blue, orange, and green colour scheme to a single colour. The new graphic design enhances the visual focus and increases Cubic brand recognition.
  • New Typeface Design: Inspired by traditional Chinese calligraphy, the new typeface underscores respect for and continuation of cultural heritage. Cubic remains dedicated to driving technological innovation, actively integrating into the national innovation system, breaking through critical core technologies, and building the company’s competitive edge.
  • Font Color: The font colour has been updated from the previous blue to a more vibrant and innovative red, which symbolizes the continuous flow of innovation and vitality inherent in the Cubic team. It also represents the company's unwavering commitment to establishing a global brand in smart gas sensors and high-end scientific instruments.

Cubic brand renewal further underscores the deepening of the company's strategic objectives. Since the Cubic's initial public offering on Shanghai Stock Exchange STAR Market, Cubic’s "1+N" development strategy has progressively evolved into three primary strategic directions:

  • Advancing the application of core gas sensing technologies in-depth across five key business sectors—HVAC, industrial safety, automotive electronics, medical & healthcare, and smart metering.
  • Leveraging the company’s core sensing technology platforms to establish an international brand in the field of gas analysis scientific instruments.
  • Fostering the development of the smart low-carbon thermal engineering industry based on core gas sensors, actuators and controllers.

With more than two months of meticulous design and preparation, the new logo has been and will gradually be implemented as a new brand image across all application scenarios.
